Come cross train with me! I’ve worked with cyclists of all ages & abilities for more than 7 years. As a cyclist myself, I understand the aches & pains of riding. Whether you’re a commuter, messenger, or weekend warrior, we can work together to make sure you feel your best in & out of the saddle.
